2025年本中心完成的海洋细菌新物种的系统分类鉴定
2025年完成原核微生物新物种鉴定7个,分属于5个属。其中5株来自于深远海极地区域的太平洋、南大洋、印度洋和北冰洋。研究结果已发表在微生物新种鉴定的权威刊物International Journal of Systematicand Evolutionary Microbiology等期刊上。(如下表)。

种名定义:N.L. masc. adj. longqiensis, pertaining to Longqi-1 Hydrothermal Field, in Southwest Indian Ocean, from where the type strain was isolated.

新物种特征描述:厌氧菌(专性);模式菌株;革兰氏阴性,该菌圆形端部的规则杆状(长2.8-4.2um,直径0.6-0.9um)、可运动、具鞭毛、不产孢子;生长温度范围40-75℃(最适温度50℃),生长pH范围 4.0-9.5(最适pH 6.5-7.0),生长所需海盐浓度为20-55g/L(最适浓度35-45g/L)。

新物种特征描述:模式菌株;革兰氏阴性,该菌好氧、杆状(长1.3-2.1um,直径0.5-0.8um)、可运动、具鞭毛;生长温度范围4-40℃(最适温度10-15℃),生长pH范围 4.0-8.0(最适pH 7.0),生长所需NaCl浓度为0-4.0%(最适浓度0.5-1.0%);氧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性检测均为阳性;在MA培养基上15℃培养3天后,菌落形态呈乳灰色、表面光滑、圆形、边缘完整、略微突起、直径1.0-3.0mm。

新物种特征描述:微氧菌(0%<需氧条件<20%,最适氧浓度4%);模式菌株;革兰氏阴性,该菌杆状(长0.7-2.5um,直径0.2-0.5um)、不可运动;专性化能自养,硫氧化,硫歧化,杆状,不产芽孢;生长温度范围4-45℃(最适温度37℃),生长pH范围 5.0-8.5(最适pH 7.0),生长所需NaCl浓度为2.0-4.0%(最适浓度3.0%)。

新物种特征描述:模式菌株;革兰氏阴性,该菌短杆状(长2.2-2.8um,直接1.2-1.6um)、可运动、具鞭毛;生长温度范围10-45℃(最适温度30℃),生长pH范围 6.0-9.0(最适pH 7.0),生长所需NaCl浓度为0-10.0%(最适浓度7.0-8.0%);在MANA培养基上30℃培养3天后,菌落形态呈奶白色、表面光滑、圆形、边缘不规则、略微凸起、直径1.0-3.0mm。

新物种特征描述:模式菌株;革兰氏阴性,该菌杆状(长1.8-2.2um,直径0.4-0.6um)、具鞭毛;生长温度范围4-41℃(最适温度28℃),生长pH范围 6.0-11.0(最适pH 7.0),生长所需NaCl浓度为0.5-22.0%(最适浓度6.0-8.0%);在培养基上,菌落形态呈圆形、白色、不透明、表面光滑、湿润、边缘完整、直径3.0mm。在pH11的M2培养基上亦生长好;在25℃海水LB培养基上生长3天,蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶(三丁酸甘油酯法)阴性;在MA培养基上25℃生长7天, 嗜铁素阴性。
